Trail Name: Wildcard
Greetings! My name is Olivia, but I go by many variations of my given name: Olive, Oli, Via, OE, etc. I can be relatively unpredictable. Hence, my wildcard trail name. Dealing in pyrotechnics is one of my specialties, providing fire and warmth to all at camp. I also dabble in backcountry baking and finding the perfect mossy nap spots.
When not seeking adventure or napping, I have devoted my life to understanding the world surrounding me. My love for nature has become more of an obsession for snow, rocks and ice. From studying geology and environmental studies at the University of Cincinnati to dreams of mountaineering. How the Earth’s processes cooperate in a closed system along with the addition of human factors is really what gets me jazzed. I have many opinions on everything; please ask me about them!

What trips are you currently day dreaming about?
Visiting Alaska again, in hopes of summiting Mt. Denali.

Next August climbing the Grand Teton via the Cathedral Traverse
What was the last trip you took?
Two big trips this year! January-February road trip & climbed out west (Rock Rocks, Joshua Tree, New Jack City, and Moab). THEN in July 100 Mile Wilderness Trek in Maine!
